Ondeviceapp.com ('Application') is developed and maintained by Tech Tool Lab Ltd ('We', 'Us', 'Our'). The Application obtains the information you provide when you ('You', 'Your') register the Application. Registering with us is mandatory to use the Application. Personal information collected is safeguarded according to the highest privacy and data protection standards adopted worldwide. If you would like us to delete some of the User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at support@ondeviceapp.com and we will respond in a timely manner. Please note that deleting some, or all, of the User Provided Data during the usage of the Application may impair your experience of the service.

Securing Your Data

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store the above mentioned personal information you provide on our secure servers. We use secure encrypted connection (SSL) between your browser (User's computer) and our servers (the Application). The SSL connection protects sensitive data, such as your credentials which are exchanged upon visiting the Application. The payment process is handled by a third-party payment provider (Stripe Inc.) operating according to the PCI security standards. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow the highest privacy and data protection requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Third-Parties

Only aggregated, anonymised data are periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. If Tech Tool Lab Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Application site of any change in ownership or use of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

  • Visitor statisticsOur website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ('Google'). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our Application (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our Application, compiling reports on the Application activity for the operators and providing other services related to the Application activity and Internet usage.   • Payment gatewayIf you choose to pay for the service using a credit card, your credit card details are not stored by us and cannot be used by our staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by Stripe Inc. to enable us to automatically bill your credit card on a recurring basis. Stripe Inc. has their own privacy policy in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the way in which your personal information will be handled by Stripe Inc.
