Tech Tool Lab Ltd offers this Application, including all information, tools and services available to you ('You', 'Your') conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on this site. Please note that OnDeviceapp.com is not a replacement for live device testing. Due to the number of factors that contribute to the final display of an actual web page/application (operation system, browser version, device type, etc.), this Application only can give you a quick assessment of how the tested page would appear on certain devices.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to the free and the paid use of the Application by you and to the entire content of the Application at www.ondeviceapp.com and the use of the Application and any correspondence between us.
Accounts and Security
You must be a registered user to access the Application. By creating an account on the Application, you agree that: (i) your chosen user name does not violate others' rights, (ii) you are responsible for keeping your password secure and (iii) you will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your user name.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and your data related to the Application. The Application is made available to you, your company and/or your customers only for personal or commercial use, which use must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and must not infringe or violate third-party rights. You may not use the Application:
to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Application or of any related services, other websites or the Internet.
to collect or track the personal information of others.
to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape.
to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Application.
in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
We reserve the right to terminate, without refund, any account that we find in violation of these Terms and Conditions by receiving abuse complaints.
All intellectual property rights of the service and material of the Application (including, without limitation, photographs, texts and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors and/or contributors. Any use of extracts from the Application for any purpose is prohibited. No part of the Application may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Application at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that you may need to monitor changes to the Application.
Fees and Refund
All fees are inclusive of all taxes.
Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits given for any partial use within any month or for unused service at any time.
If you upgrade your account by clicking the 'Get all the devices' button within the Application, you authorise us to charge your credit card or bank account for the applicable fees. You further authorise us to use a third-party to process payments and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to that third-party. You authorise us to automatically renew the billing monthly at the time of the purchase. At the end of the contract term, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled by you by clicking the 'Downgrade my account' button within the Application.
Please note that if you downgrade your account, you may lose content, features or capacity. We do not accept any liability.
We reserve the right to downgrade access to your account if we are not able to charge the full amount of any service fees for any reason.
Services invoices will not be transmitted automatically, but will be provided via the Payment Provider website at https://stripe.com.
You may terminate your account at any time by clicking the 'Delete my account' button within the Application. If you are a paid user, please note that the deletion can be executed only on the following day of the last paid month and terminating will not entitle you to any refund of fees you have paid. An account terminated by us will not be backed-up for any reason and will be immediately deleted from our servers, including your credentials, work logs and all your personal information.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the Application is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if, for any reason, the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Application may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of a system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control. We will provide technical support for registered users to the Application by email. Technical support will only be provided for bugs or errors in the Application that are reproducible by us. You agree to provide us with full and accurate details of all bugs and errors in the service, requested by us. You acknowledge that we provide no warranty that all or any bugs or errors in the Application can be corrected.
Tech Tool Lab Ltd excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to You or a third-party (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages) arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including, without limitation, negligence, contract or otherwise) in connection with the Application in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Application, any websites linked to the Application or the material on such websites, including, but not limited to, loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing the Application, or your downloading of any material from the Application, the service or any websites linked to the Application.
